Regular exercise is great for weight loss, excess calories are burnt up when you are involved in strenuous exercises. You can significantly lower your excess calorie count by sticking to any easy diet and exercise routine. A yoghurt based diet can expedite the weight loss process. Before starting any workout routine consult your doctor. Keep your body hydrated during workouts and drink plenty of fluids. You will gradually lose weight and regain self confidence if you stick to an easy diet plan.
