If you are forced, more or less, to exercise in the morning, then you have to do what is necessary. But just remember that even though your body has adjusted, you need to remember to help it out. Take time to warm up properly to accomplish this task. In the early mornings this is especially important since your muscles and joints aren't warmed up like they would be later in the afternoon. That puts you at a slightly elevated risk for injury. This is why it's so important to get all limbered up before you begin your workout.

People who work a schedule that changes frequently can be the most challenged when it comes to the best time to exercise. It can certainly seem that there is no best time when your work and sleep are always flopping back and forth.

The afternoon and later in the day are the most ideal times to exercise. Injury-friendly really means you are less likely to get injured because your muscles are already warmed up. Do not despair you will figure out a workout program that works for you. It may take a month or so but your body will adapt to whatever schedule you choose for your workout routine.
