Training Too Hard

After every workout you need to rest. Without rest you workout too often and this means muscle loss. With every workout you make your muscle more hurt and this is why you need to rest and regenerate. The only thing you need to do is make your muscles hurt enough to grow and not exhaust them to the limits. Workouts should be 60 minutes long and it's best if you do them only 3 times per week.

You Are Resting Too Little

Take your time to sleep enough. Every night get at least 8 to 9 hours of good sleep. Taking small breaks and having a short nap you can regenerate very quickly.

Drugs Are Bad

With drug abuse like getting drunk you are throwing away months of your hard work in the gym. Drug and alcohol abuse are going to stop your process of muscle growth.

Make Quality Time In The Gym

Workouts should be hard for you. Don't make them too easy but always make the really challenging. Make sure that you change your workouts according to your progress. Use heavier weights and making your exercises more intense won't be a problem.

Eat more meals per day and you should have enough calories for your body to grow. You can get plenty of protein inside mean, or cheese and fish.

To sum everything up. Have at least 3 workouts per week. Keep your exercises hard and challenging. Don't work out more than 60 minutes per day. You want to fire your muscles up, exhaust them a few times and then go home. Sleeping for less than 8 hours per 24 hours is not advisable. You muscles will grow during sleep and not when working out.
