To offset the issue, you can stop eating before you sense you are full or you can eat very slowly allowing your tummy time to realize it is getting full. You might rather order a smaller meal because it will probably be enough. Normally, you have the tendency to order more than you can eat when you're really hungry. A lot of small things which alter your body in small ways work together to make a big difference in your weight loss and health.
