Exercise promotes immunity to infections, energy level, stress level, digestion, emotional balance and strong bones. You feel great, you move easier, you look good, and endure any pain, if you make it habit to exercise daily and continuously.

It is necessary to have a regular exercise if you want to achieve your desired weight for a long time.

Exercising increases the mass of muscle compare to dieting that can cause lost in it. Exercise and healthy eating will help you lose more weight than dieting alone since muscle burns more calories than fat.
