Practically anyone in need of a diet has wondered what diet would be the best. The truth is, there are probably quite a few diets that would work for you if you were faithful to them for long enough. Unless a diet meets certain criteria, then it is a hard thing for people to continue with a diet. The perfect diet is out there, but to find it you might have to eliminate as many choices that you would never do.
