Many people allow themselves to starve to death just to attain their desired weight rapidly. This can be a useful way in losing weight, but you may suffer from the consequences especially when you suddenly do the change. Without food in our stomach, our brain will not be able to function well. If our brain cannot communicate well to our body, we become so lousy.

Bad breath is also one minor effect of an empty stomach so don­t wonder why others will be covering their nose when they­ll be talking to you. And even come to worse which is fainting. You­ll definitely miss some special event when you are unconscious, right? Getting yourself starved should not be an option to make when the clock is ticking quickly.

Therefore, the methods to lose weight fast is through these 3 healthy E­s: Eat Eat five times a day because food provides us energy to cope up with our daily activities. In case you get hungry in between meals, drinking water can help you ease your temptation from grabbing another meal.If your mood is set to slow down, you will tend to eat slower. It is also important that we select healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and avoid foods rich in LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) which can hardly be digested. With our tight schedules, exercise may not be easy to insert in our daily plans. So the trick is to incorporate our exercise with what we do. Just slowly add the number of sit ups and push ups day after day. When you reach your office, make it a habit to use the stairs instead of the elevator. And, try to stand and walk few steps from time to time for sitting on your chair all day long will make you fat.
