You need to start now when it comes to getting into shape for summer, there's no point waiting until the day before your holidays. You can't keep putting it off, before you know it, it will be time to get that body on full display either down the beach or your local pool and you're going to want to look your best. The last thing you want is to be worrying about what other people are thinking about your body when you're just trying to catch some rays.
Kick things off by getting yourself on a power plate. These are great at getting everything toned and tightened and can be a lot more effective than just sitting on the floor doing hundreds of sit ups every night. A vibration trainer works by exposing your body to thousands of tiny vibrations every minute and each vibration makes all your muscles tense up and release which in turn makes them stronger giving your that perfect toned beach body. A vibration plate means you can get a great work out by doing something as simple as just lifting your leg up and down or doing a few squats so long as you're doing them on the vibrating plate.
In order to have the best body possible in time for beach season you do need to do more than just a bit of exercise. You also need to evaluate your diet too. If you want to get a flat stomach then all the exercise in the world isn't going to help you. We all crave some good old starch like a crusty slice of white bread but that's never going to get you that flat stomach. You don't have to give up bread completely but try and cut down and switch to brown instead. Rye bread and sweet potatoes are much healthier and will make sure you've got the flattest stomach come beach season. It's always advisable to cut out caffeine too if you want to reduce that bloated feeling.
