Teaching, training and developing young baseball pitchers requires a considerable time, patience, and rehearse repetition. Many young pitchers really need to practice pitching skills daily. And keep a person's eye level high, it is wise to work with a a number of drills on alternate days in order to avoid boredom. Here are 4 baseball pitching drills to use to practice youth and beginner pitchers.
Drill #1 Up & Out Foot Drill Objective - To assist pitchers perfect the appropriate back leg action. The intention of this drill would be to stop foot drag which will help prevent over striding.

Procedure - The catcher has 4 dots on his gear. The four dots or spots are very different colors or both possess a number on them.
