Dr David Heber, Ph.D., from UCLA&rsquos Centre for Human Nutrition reports that distribution of excess fat is a more essential predictor of heart attack risk as opposed to traditional measurement of Bmi (BMI), that is a measurement in line with the ratio between height and weight.
It appears that a much more accurate predictor in the impact excess fat has on your wellbeing, can be your overall body shape. You might be much more an apple or perhaps a pear, or evenly shaped bottom and top. You could have large thighs, fat hips and a huge bum and have a lower heart attack risk than someone with skinny legs and a big belly.
