As indicated before, moderate exercise will definitely suffice to stay healthy and maintain fitness.Studies have shown that on an average, 3 - 4 hours of brisk walking per weeks is sufficient to burn out extra calories and stay fit.Or taking a 45 minute walk every alternate day would also work.If you don't mind using gym instruments, it is best to go for a treadmill that shows heart rate.A target heart rate needs to be fixed up and work out for maintaining fitness needs to be planned accordingly.
