Losing the weight you gained throughout your pregnancy is a top priority, add a post pregnancy workout to your arsenal to help lose this weight fast. Fortunately for you there are alot of exercises available that are both effective and fun. The following tactics will help you supercharge that workout routine to get you back into your pre-pregnancy clothing in no time.
Latin Dancing: Latin style dancing will have two effects when you use it in your attempts to lose your pregnancy weight. Latin dancing not only burns lots of calories as you swing your hips, tap your feet and roll your shoulders, but it can also make you feel sexier when you need it most. You don't have to be an expert dancer to practice Latin style dancing, but if you'd like to know a few moves, check out some videos online or buy a post-natal Latin dancing workout DVD. Dancing is also extremely fun so you won't feel like you're working out. That means you're likely to stick with Latin style dancing longer than any other fitness routine, and that's when you'll notice the weight coming off fast. It may well help you read this if you grab a set of rec specs goggles, they should help make anything that you browse a lot more comprehensible. Arm Flutters: This is a great post-natal exercise that can be completed right next to your baby's crib. Simply lie down flat on your back while your legs are straight in the air. Now, pick your torso slightly off the ground and lift your arms while keeping them straight. Slowly lower back down and completely for 20-50 times. This will make your core strong, which means you'll be burning more calories. That baby weight is sure to come off in record time as long as you do this exercise at least three times per week.
The third exercise you should try is the classic crunch. To do a crunch you simply lie on the ground with hand behind your head and knees bent. Inhale through your nose and then exhale as you draw your abs in while lifting your head and shoulders off the floor. While you're doing that, bring your ribs towards your hips while relaxing your bottom. Slowly return to the starting position. Do as many of these as you can, working towards 20, then 50. When you can do fifty, you may want to add a small weight to make it a little challenging, but be careful that you don't hurt yourself.
So if you find yourself heavier than you'd like to be after your baby's been born, it's time to do something about it. Fortunately, the tips above are easy enough that you can do them at any time and pretty much anywhere. Just make sure you warm up before you start any fitness routine, and you cool down as well. There are plenty more tips out there that will help you lose the weight, but the three tips above will get you off to a great start.
