Do people not realise that they can get far better results with interval training and still have considerably more time to do a bit of weight training at the same time?

You're probably thinking, "No it doesn't. Well, a minimum of, I wouldn't."

3rd Working Interval: 1 minute on Level 13

Relax: 5 minutes on Levels 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1

Total Time: 17 minutes

17 minutes, not bad. And well then, i'll assure you, should you have never tried something like this before, that is certainly one heck on the 17 minute workout.
