Vitamix Or Blendtec - Which One Should You Go For?

In case you are seeking an objective, side-to-side review of two of the best blenders available, you've arrived at the right place. On this page, we're going to take a close look at Blendtec vs Vitamix and examine what sets them a league apart from the rest of the competition and which one you should go with.

Both of these are very good individually. In some instances, Vitamix will be a more sensible choice and in other instances, Blendtec. Either way, you should opt for the blender depending on your needs. If Vitamix meets your needs better, choose Vitamix. If Blendtec meets your requirements better, choose Blendtec.
Alright, so without wasting any more time, let's get started.

The first and foremost issue, when you're buying any equipment, is the price tag. Vitamix & Blendtec are both likely to dig a deep hole in your wallet, however, comparatively there isn't a great deal of difference between the prices of the two. There's, however, an area that sets apart these two. In case of Vitamix, you'd have to purchase additional materials for grinding, etc. Blendtec already has that included. So, all in all, both of them cost pretty much the same.

Both these blenders feature a 7-year warranty, so that provides you with peace of mind. It also demonstrates that the manufactures stand behind their product and are confident in it. They are both a league apart from their $100 competitors, with regards to durability. And, needless to say, they do much more!

Next, let's talk about their interface. For some people, it is necessary that they're able to handle the device easily. In my opinion, Blendtec is the winner by far with regards to interface and simplicity of use. Why? Although Vitamix gives you manual control, it could be tough to clean at times. However, Blendtec has a push-button interface that is easier to use and to clean. It also features menu for soups, juices, ice-creams, milk shakes, etc.
There are some other departments (though unimportant in the grand scheme of things) such as the design, the noise, etc in which both are almost at the same level. Both of these have a big online marketing campaign going on. If you've seen the 'Will It Blend' campaign, you'd know what we're talking about!

Overall, in terms of the performance, I can't announce a definite winner. Blendtec vs Vitamix - it totally depends on your needs and pocket. If you'd ask me, I would personally opt for the Vitamix blender however, that's just me.. Your requirements may be different and you must cater to those.
