Many people wake up in the morning and have a couple cups of coffee to begin their days off. But why caffein and not tea? When you drink tea, you have no middle-of-the-morning caffeine crash to deal with. Better yet, with specific types of tea, you may see that you have even more vim and zip than from coffee. One big assumption is that you have to starve yourself if you wish to live healthy. Nothing could be further from the truth. The truth is that by just making better decisions, you can continue eating most of the things you love. Pizza? Certainly. But you don't have to eat the processed frozen pizzas you can get in the stores. Certainly, they're easy and quick, but the frozen ones just aren't any good for you, despite tasting okay sometimes. Also, lots of people see that it's fun to build their own pizzas from whatever healthy ingredients they may have on hand or can purchase at their local grocery. Nowadays, a lot of groceries have an entire section for natural, healthy foods, where you can buy everything you may need for your pizza. Thus, you can savor your pizza and still be living healthy. Want another clue? Eliminate candy and sweets in general. While this sounds virtually impossible to many of us, you'll find that it's much simpler than you may think. Or how about some nice, hot chocolate flavored with a good, low calorie sweetener? Delicious. If you do this, and be sure you get sufficient sleep on a nightly basis, you'll be on your way to overall better health. Not getting adequate sleep is damaging to your health. Simply make sure you get at least 7 or 8 good hours of sleep every night, and you'll be taking a huge step toward improved health. When we are sleep impoverished, 6 hours or less a night, we're less optimistic and less snappy. When we get our full 8 hours, we're more fun to be with and things just seems to go better. Evidently, you don't need to make any significant changes to your day-to-day schedule or diet to attain a healthier way of life. All you must do is resolve to do it.
