Can Weight Loss Be Fun?



I know lots of people wake up on Monday and plan to start out a new diet. I did that for over 40 years.

It wasn't plenty of enjoyable and I did not look forward to it and it made me grouchy because I had to surrender the issues that made me pleased, really feel higher and comforted me.
